Not to sure how long they will stay up.

Valerie, Marc, Robbie

Coming up with this idea was actually funny because we were in class and watching YouTube videos when all of a sudden this dramatic music started playing on the big screen in another video and it just fit with the video we were watching.  So we got the idea of putting different music to different video clips from Youtube and seeing how it would alter the meaning or feeling of the clips.  Then Valerie came up with the idea of using different war clips from famous war movies and putting the different music them to see how it changed the clips.  It is crazy to see how important music is to the feeling and effect of a simple war scene in a movie.  If you add funny music to it then it lightens up the clip dramatically, no matter what is going on in the scene or how serious it is.  And then by changing out dramatic music for newer dramatic music the same effect was seen except the clip was instantly more serious.  This project gave me, personally, a better insight to the editing and producing aspect of the movie industry and how choosing the right music can change the meaning of a clip dramatically.
