Hmmm, what can I say about ds106… Personally, I thought the class was awesome although it wasn’t really what I expected. I came into it thinking it would be an easy A since it was a 100 level, but boy was I wrong. But even if it was harder than expected, I thoroughly enjoyed it. For the most part, I was familiar with the tools we used/learned for the class, but there were a few assignments that resulted in me learning something new. I think everyone should take this class, seeing as it is very applicable to today’s society (one run by technology and the internet). The one thing I will stress though is DO NOT PROCRASTINATE. I waited to do my work until the day it was due most of the time, and that ended up getting very stressful because it usually took more time and effort than I had initially anticipated. All in all, it was a great experience and I thought all the projects were fun and they got some creative juices flowing I didn’t even know existed. Take this class, but don’t expect it to be a joke because you will get your ass kicked.
