I am not a chef. My cooking abilities are very limited. I can however, bake pumpkin bread. This past year I began experimenting with chocolate pumpkin bread. I am excited to report that the results of my experiments have successful. Below are two loafs of chocolate pumpkin bread with chocolate chips. When you sprinkle the chocolate chips on top before you bake it, then they sink into the heart of the loaf, and/or muffin and become soft and gooey. The one on the far left is a regular loaf of pumpkin bread with chocolate chips.
