I found that this article had many good points about cyberinfrastructer in that it can allow for people to be able to express themselves to others in a way that they can feel comfortable enough to speak their minds. although i am not internet savvy in any way i do believe that the web is a great way to get information out to the public that they can use whenever they want and i do believe in universal knowledge in a way that non-sensitive information should be available to the public so that it can be used by the public. This article has definitely gotten me more interested in how the web is developing even today and i feel like we need to utilized this amazing and easy tool to the fullest.
