Though this Poem is suppose to be read as if the person is afraid of the snake i decided to change it up a bit , so i made it as if the character did not mind that the snake was glaring at them.

This poem is called The Snake and it is written by Kyoshi (1874- 1959)

The Snake

A Snake! Though it passes, eyes that had glared at me stay in the grasses.
