brainstorming for video assignments

I saw the vintage how to assignment and I thought of several ideas on what I could do with this.

  • How To Be Kawaii: A totally misleading how to guide on Japanese culture, especially focused on anime, and a few fashion styles and trends I’m fond of. I see a lot of people in the community misappropriate the culture and disrespect Japanese culture as a result. It’d be a great way to make fun of weeaboos and Japanophiles, but also actually using sarcasm as a what not to do.

This young lady is a huge inspiration for this idea.
  • How To Get Your Dog To Love You: Another sarcastic video idea I came up with that’d be a lot easier to shoot. It’s a chronicle of how my sister and mother ignore my dog and he pays them much more attention than he does to me. It sounds bitter, and maybe it is, but it’ll be pretty funny.

I really wanted to swede a scene, but I’m drawing mental blanks on where to begin with this one. I don’t even know what scene I’d pick or how I’d execute it or who I could use in my video for this one.
