The first one I did was to take a photo of your “ride.” I really wanted to do this because the first thing I thought of when I read the assignment wasn’t my car…but Felix! He’s my usual “ride” But I wanted to feature my faithful truck in this daily create:

Then I did the assignment where you sketch a place you’d rather be. That one was really easy too, because I was staying at a really sketchy Econo Lodge up in Delaware for a rugby tournament. So it really wasn’t hard to think of places I’d rather be…but I sketched the view from the back porch of my family’s lake house in Sandpoint, Idaho. I thought this picture was especially perfect because I decided to draw it on the little Econo Lodge note pad!

For yesterday’s daily create, a video of doing something foolish, I took a video of some of my friends and me dancing and singing (singing really awfully, I might add) to Call Me Maybe. We had been singing it all weekend long at our rugby tournament in an equally silly fashion!
