I made this today, while looking at an old article, while thinking about old assignments, …
… and thinking about the last 4 years.
To endure the consequences existing earlier: respect, remember, profess.
I guess I was feeling sentimental and reflective today, and I guess this would be appropriate as I will be graduating in less than 2 weeks. That is a wild thought. I was thinking about this especially a lot today, and I think it’s because I’ve been sick and reading has made me dizzy, watching tv and looking at a computer has given me a headache, and sleeping has been difficult. What I’m trying to say is, I’ve had a lot of time to think.
What I’m trying to express in this block out quote:
- Consequences – consequences of graduating. It’s been something I’ve known forever- that it was going to happen eventually. The bitter sweetness of it all. It was a preexisting condition if that makes sense. So in a way, it was a consequence that existed earlier, even before it happened, because of the anticipation of it.
- Respect – “ to refrain from intruding upon or interfering with ” – a way of acceptance in that I cannot change what is to happen. Time is powerful, and the time has come. There’s no stopping it, and it’s coming fast.
- Remember – Remember the good times! & and the bad times too, because those might actually be the important ones in terms of learning from the past.
- Profess – “ to declare openly; announce or affirm; avow oracknowledge... to affirm faith in or allegiance to” – Share the love.
