This is going to be a long walk.

I have really started to begin learning more how to listen to God; not myself.

For so long I have been focused on what I want to do, or what I think should be the next step.  I find that I am trying to make my own decisions and just call out to God when I need Him, but I am not listening.

Today, after much thought and prayer recently, I have decided to take some more time to figure things out.  I have been set to graduate in three years, get this job, and then live an american dream.

Well, I first found out I don’t think that will make me truly happy.

As the staff worker for InterVarsity here at Mary Wash, Jess, said, “what is going to get you out of bed in the morning?”

With my heart, head, and ears, trying to figure out what God is calling me to do, I am beginning a new journey towards Christ.
