Here are the instructions for your final. They are on Friday at 12 AM!  This is a hard deadline as I am leaving town I will be doing grades on Saturday.

Borrowing from DJ Spooky’s book The imaginary App your assignment is to design an app. He argues that Apps are “the new storytelling device” – and that they in many ways frame the way we experience life. Please design an app (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, or a scanned drawing) And create a diagram mapping how it works and write a page on what it is for. You can be as realistic, humorous or crazy as you want. Answer the question – what story does the app tell?

a) the icon – what does it look like?

b)the diagram – what does it do?

c) written description  – What story does the app tell?

d) post on your blog by Friday at 12 AM and have a very, very happy holiday!
