I really enjoy the story this video tells. Emily May did a wonderful job piecing together a story of her cross country journey from New Jersey to California. What I really like about this story is how it makes the viewer feel like they are along for the ride. With every picture, we get to see everything that Emily saw, but we don’t get the complete feeling because we see in 30 seconds when she saw all of the beautiful scenery within a week. I don’t see any arcs within this story, but you can argue that this story is an arc in a much larger story called Life. It still works on it’s on because you can easily show this video to anyone and they will all get a feeling of what she experienced.
