The Vignelli Canon

I found this literature to be incredibly interesting, although I will admit that some of its features and ideas were lost on me. Design is something that I have never been able to understand very well, so having to spend a week studying it should be difficult for me but hopefully rewarding. Of course the photos in this were amazing and it helped me to get some ideas about potential ways to take and design photos such as the ones we will be required to take for our design blitz this week. But deeper than just looking at the photos I found the text to be filled with surprisingly interesting and informative content. From learning about ambiguity and pragmatics, to learning how to visualize the right area or kinds of materials to use in design. Overall I found the canon to be useful and very interesting, but it also has me somewhat worried about what is to come this week. Heres to hoping I make it alright!
