Front Wings

So here’s another post for my on-going project. This is a short how to for removing the front fenders ( or wings) on an MG Midget. This series ought to apply to most of the little MG and Sprite cars from the era, as there were built off the same uni-frame design for nearly three decades.

Here’s a series of pics to illustrate

Here's the wings off the car

You can see some areas of rust, and those areas will be cut out, new metal welding in place, and then the entire undercarriage and interior of the car will be sprayed with bed liner for rust prevention and sound deadening.
