Fixing Fatal CSS Error Message

If you use the SlickrFlickr Wordpress plugin your viewers might see this error message on your blog, a red box at the top that reads:

Fatal-css-error.jpg

Fatal error: Theme CSS could not load after 20 sec. Please download the latest theme at http://galleria.io/customer/

This can be fixed in the plugin's settings and change the Galleria option : Galleria Version to "Galleria not required ..."

This fix didn’t work for me with the WordPress 2012 theme. There was no Galleria option available. I was finally able get rid of the nasty red banner by simply deactivating the Slickr Flickr plug-in.

It’s not an option in the theme, it is in the Slickr Flickr plugin. I’d not recommend this one, it has a ton of overhead for what it provides. Y

ou might take a look at Awesome Flickr Gallery, it is what we use on The Daily Create.
