    The comments about “learning to use books” reminds me of that Middle Ages Tech Support video – which you’ve probably all seen, but just in case… http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LRBIVRwvUeE. I think it’s a great point: We all needed to learn to use devices that we’ve mastered. We’ve just forgotten that there was some learning involved.
