Harold and Maude: Saved from Draft Status

Before this dang #ds106 thing got rollin I was all afire and looked in all the wrong places and found some ancient assignment that said to tell the story of a movie in 5 images. So I tried. Now I see the same  assignment is like tell the story in 20 animated gifs and I just can’t. This post has been lying in wait for the day when the assignment that will never be arrives so I am saving it from perpetual draft status and sharing. Here you  go:

Harold and Maude is one of my favorite books turned movie. Along with Being There and One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, it is full of so many small messages and wisdom. I delivered a presentation about “job happiness” or something like that a few years back. It went over pretty well live.

“Everyone has the right to make an ass out of themselves. You can’t let the world judge you too much.”
