Chapter 8 Summary

Andrea kidnaps her children. Evan and Lizzy reluctantly welcome them into the house. Andrea panics when the children go missing. Although they are soon found playing hide and seek, Andrea is so shaken by the experience that she turns them (and herself) in to the authorities. Lizzy believes Amy visited her in a dream and told her to let go. The police arrive at Evan and Kelly‘s apartment. Evan investigates and finds that they are looking for Lizzy to arrest her for Amy’s disappearance. He tells her to escape while they search the apartment. After making a final plea to Evan to find their missing friends, Lizzy says her goodbyes and leaves town.
