Yamily Feud Game Show

GIMP’s image manipulation software has allowed me to re-engineer my TED Fantasy Yam assignment in an interplanetary mashed up way that lets Richard B. moderate the Yamily Feud Game Show from space. Many thanks to scottlo for the excellent feedback. While I considered his suggestion to cast the original Family Feud host, Richard D., I ultimately decided the latter is just too easygoing for the occasion.

I’m grateful for the support in this pre-assignment phase from timmmyboy, cogdog, jimgroom and others as well. The intergalactic Beastie boys clip highlights some of the Tokyo public transport system. It is for scottlo. Also, a *BIG* thumbs up to Ben Rimes who coined the Fantasy TED Talks – The Dude Abides assignment that inspired me from the go. Looking forward to the DS106 course starting this week! Oh, one last thing… where am I during Yamily Feud? Certainly not on stage! I’m backstage thinking up some wicked recipes to roast yams for a one-time-only #ds106radio cooking class that Valerie Irvine and I are thinking to co-host in February.
