The assignment for this one was to take an image from the poem The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock. I had recently just crossedĀ pathsĀ with this poem again and so this assignment just seemed like it was made for me.

This was the specific quote that I came across and it has been bouncing around in my head to I picked it for this.

As for the picture I just Googled end of the world images. This picture stood out to me because it could show someĀ futureĀ lad being destroyed or it could be a picture from the past. Both thoughts areĀ hauntingĀ to me.

I uploaded to picture to picnikĀ Ā and tinkered with the colors, contrast ans saturation. That is also where I added the text. Then it was a click away to uploading it to Flikr.
