The Rebellious Princesses

Many people have heard of the various Disney princess and most of the time they are depicted as the perfect image of what every little girl wants to be.  They have their picture perfect life, after have gone through some turmoil in their Disney perceived life. Most people don’t know about the times in the Princesses lives where they went through their rebellious time.  My final project is about the lives of the princesses that Disney tried to hide from the public.
Disney-Princesses Poster

To create this poster I found an image of the Disney princesses and uploaded it onto picmonkey.com.

I then used various setting, such as mascara adder to make their eyes look thicker and darker to give a sort-of goth look to it.  From there I went to the theme setting and went to witches and gave a few of the princesses witches hats.  I then went to  the demons theme and used the background setting to add a gloomy appearance to the poster, to give it a “darkside” appearance.  Once I was done with the background theme I added tattoos which were found under the demons section in tribal tattoos. I added tattoos to give the princess a little more of a hard core edge.  From there I saved the new created poster onto my computer and uploaded it onto flickr where I added tags such as ds106 and ds106final.
