Make a Photo of something upside down that is never seen that way.
Ever seen a closet turned upside down? I mean how cool will that be? ha, well just like always, I took an ordinary picture of the clothes in my closet and instead of just giving you the bare minimum, I again edited it in picnik. I increased the sharpness and reduced the clarity of the picture to give it that dark brightly kinda feel. There you have it
2. Share an image of a place that you loose things in your house.
This assignment is by far my favorite and an easy one as such. Find a place where I loose things the most in my home?( technically college dorm) what better place than underneath my bed. Ha ha! I have lost a couple of books, earphones, crackers, teddy bears, pens etc all of which can be found here. How did I do this? I first took the picture, uploaded it onto picasa and then decided to edit it using Picnik. I cropped out the unnecessary parts out of it and sharpened the contrast, made it a little darker and zoomed it. Hope it works!
3.Create a Photograph that represents the happiest or most memorable moment of your life.
This picture was taken in July of 2011. After much hard work and persistent, my group members and I had just completed a 24 page proposal to submit to the University’s office of International students. Because the focus had to be on me, I used the blur tool in picnik to blur our my group members. I didn’t add much color to it because I thought the scenery behind us was absolutely beautiful and then i saturated it FYI this picture was taken in front of Jefferson hall and combs. The battle ground.. is that what they call it?
4. Make a photo that represents something that you aspire to do or be someday.
I have always known what I want to be when am older. But it wasn’t until my late teens that the conviction became stronger. A lot of experiences, challenges and lessons learned resulted in me developing a huge passion for law and justice.I want to be an attorney someday. Trial or corporate, am undecided for now. More likely trial bcuz I love interacting with people.Above is the justice symbol which I created in MS-Paint. I chose the colors Red, yellow and green because they symbolize the colors of my country Ghana’s national flag. Yeah! am patriotic like that.
5. Take a picture of Confusion
I wasn’t sure what to do for this daily create. I spent the whole day brainstorming for ideas. Everything I thought off had already been done by others. Then I went to chipotle for dinner, and omg! I got a confused bowl of chipotle. Rice mixed with beans, chicken, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, corn, and some salsa. Now tell me this isnt confused. LOL!
6.Take a picture that emphasizes the details of the human hand.
What more to emphasize the details of a human mind than the skeleton itself. Which technically is disguised with under our skin. Coincidentally am taking a Human Anatomy class and we just started talking about the human skeleton. Enjoy!
7.Got tats? Photograph your own or someone else’s cool tattoo.
Above is a tattoo on a friends back. the idea was to have her face drawn with the rest of her body shaped like a mermaid. Pretty weird and dark. She’s inspired me to get one too, am still undecided though. Got to win my parents approval first. Mhmm, am 21 but still very respectul of their opinion.
Well, I kept the original color – but increased the tint just to give you a better view.
