Hey! Quick update! I’m making a lot of progress with my “Video Essay” assignment, and I even thoroughly read the essays Dr. Groom asked us to read, but I’m stuck on my blackberry tonight so I won’t be able to upload my responses until tomorrow. My video essay should be done on Saturday…my comcast internet has gone out tonight…and unfortunately I live 80+ miles away from campus.

Anyway, the movie I have chosen to do a video essay of is The Sunset Limited. This movie is about a philosophical debate that a suicidal professor and a stereotypical (at first glance) blue-collar worker engage in…and the knowledge derived is just breath-taking.

I can’t wait to share it!
