Yesterday I started working on the Daily Shoot assignment for ds106. Although we are only required to follow this through July 4th I love this concept and will probably still participate well after the Summer of Oblivion has ended.

The prompt for Daily Shoot #582 was “Illustrate heat in one of its many forms in a photograph today.” I tried to think of something more creative than a candle but obviously you can see how well that turned out.

Today’s prompt was “Make a photograph of water in one form or another today.” Again, my creativity is just astounding. 

For our assignment I was able to easily set up my Flickr account to blog to my Twitter. However, I did encounter problems when I attempted to upload my photos from Flickr to this post. I tried to use the “Add media file from URL” option but it would not accept the link to my photo. The photos above were uploaded from my computer and unfortunately are not linked to the same images on my Flickr.
