is a Japanese female idol group that was produced by Yasushi
Akimoto.
They are a group of girls that work and continue work based off a ranking system.

The system of counting the popularity of each member is vote. To vote, fans have to buy CD that includes the ticket for vote. In order to help thier members, these fans buy large numbers of thier products including things such as CDs or DVDs to helpt them succeed.
But with this type of ranking system come many types of people who spread rumors. My group worked and focused on the people who spread rumors about these groups.
These are examples of sites that spread such types of rumors.
We also found that due to the popularity many fake merchandise sprung up. But these emails help and hurt the groups. Here are also some exampels of them.
