the video pointed out the organization Ascap wanted to take down the internet in 1941. I remember that Ascap were attempting to do it again a few weeks ago of this year. The law may place restrictions on creativity but  do they know they are making a profit. without us making videos using others work no other would be interested. Laws were meant to be broken. BMI is the best way to balance creativity and copyrighted works.
