I choose the 2005 King Kong trailer to convert into a silent movie. I choose this because the trailer itself had little dialogue, making it easier to edit into a silent movie. I will not worry about the actual narration. However, for the parts that did have dialogue visualized, I will take specific parts and write them as text subtitles underneath. I will also need to change the footage to black and white and add some film grain and blur to make it look more vintage – give it that silent era feel to it. I might even add some screen movement to it to make it look more outdated.
