Week 2 Daily Create #1
So, for my first Daily Create of the week out of three, I’m choosing to do this one. I found the ability to take a photo of the great outdoors rather interesting because of all the other pictures that were uploaded. Everyone’s vision of what the outdoors looks like is what intrigued me the most. Here is my photo! Just a warning, when you click on the photo, it turns it sideways… Just make sure to check out my Flickr site if you are really interested in looking at it a bit more.
This picture can be found here and the idea behind is was that I was standing at the bus stop, waiting. I was looking around, and to my left, it was raining. To my right, it wasn’t raining. I found it truly amazing how literally less than fifteen feet away from me, the rain could be pouring down. I watched the rain travel farther and farther away until I couldn’t see it anymore. I’m not sure that you can see the rain in the picture, but I assure you that it is there!
Week 2 Daily Create #2
For my second Daily Create, I am choosing to do the Confused Video one which can be here. I chose to take a video of my dog Stormy! He’s really funny when you get out the laser pointer he likes to look at the ground like it’s actually there when it really isn’t. He isn’t the smartest tool in the shed, but when I saw the word ‘confused’ in TDC, I knew that I had to incorporate something with him.
He really is a funny dog, but that’s what my second DC is! I hope that you enjoyed the little clip. I enjoyed looking at cogdog’s Bailey video when looking at the other few Daily Creates. Dog videos are so much fun to watch.
Week 2 Daily Create #3
For my third and final Daily Create of the week, our assignment was to take a picture of a spinning object. So, it may be hard to see, but I took a picture of a checker piece. Here is the picture!
My grandpa died in 2003 with Pancreatic Cancer. We used to play this game a LOT when I was younger. My grandma gave me the marble board and the marble pieces so I could have them and I thought that taking a picture of the piece that we used to play with would be a good idea. It’s been almost 10 years since he’s been gone, but I look at the pieces every day and it always reminds me of him. Hopefully I’ll be able to play that same game with my kids and grandkids someday and then pass it along like he did to me.
