For my Make Your Own Ringtone assignment, I’m going with The Nightmare Before Christmas ringtone.  I actually used two different versions of this song to create my own ringtone.  I actually uploaded this to my phone and am going to use it for my ringtone since I love this movie so much.  Since I always tend to answer my phone pretty quickly, I thought that 30 seconds would be sufficient, especially since the beginning is a bit quiet.

I used Audacity to blend the two and faded out the end to make it more official.  I had it at first just ending, but that didn’t sound like it had any quality to it.  Having it fade really made the most out of the clip in my opinion.

I hope that you guys like my ringtone!  Since it’s October, I’ll be rockin’ this ringtone until November 1st!  Maybe even later since The Nightmare Before Christmas can be celebrated well into December!
