Jesse Barrera, a singer/songwriter from San Diego, California, got his start in music when he was 15 years old. In 2002 he began playing music in an alternative/rock band called My American Heart. The five piece act traveled the world and were featured on tours such as: The Vans Warped Tour, The Taste of Chaos, and a headline tour in Great Britain, Europe, and Canada. The band also played festivals in Australia. At age 20, Jesse began pursuing a solo career in song writing and production. Since then he has accumulated a solid fan base via youtube.com and also through his years playing with My American Heart. Jesse has released 2 digital EPs: “Heartbreaker” and “Over The Moon”. He released his first full length Album entitled “Love In Technicolor” on March 24th, 2010.

He is very talented and is under rated. His songs are always orignals of his and more people need to listen to his music. He is currently producing the album “Red Roses” with AJ Rafael. He is also very cose to his cousin, fellow youtuber Melissa Polinar and they have collaborate on many songs and recorded tracks. I hope that everyone can listen to him a lot more because he really deserves more fame and success for all his hard work and dedication.
