Dear future DS106ers,

Only one word to describe this class, you ready? Legen….wait for it…DARY, Legendary!! This class is something that teaches you about being creative and using your imagination, a lot of which college courses do not let you do as when you were once a kid. Audio, visual, blogging, etc, all of it is so much fun. you get to pick a topic and blog about it! I picked music because music is a passion of mine and I would love to share it with the world one day. Also Professor Groom is a great teacher and can help you with any trouble you are having. having taken this course online still made it a fun course. Professor Groom would send assignments with tutorial or audio to help you out and explained things clearly, if not, send him an email or a tweet and he will come to your rescue. You learn about many programs and setting up your blog, its tricky at first but you get it once it clicks and you love it right away. The assignments are so cool. I especially loved taking pictures for 2 weeks and each day they were a different theme or topic and challenged you to think creatively on what one should take a picture of, basically awesomeness. So there you have, my opinion and on DS106 and awesome class that keeps less stressed than other classes and something everyone can enjoy!
