1. Take a photo of  a being served or eaten in an unconventional Way.
Man says come eat me!
There isnt anything as sexy as a eating sushi, raw salmon and cold shrimp on the body on a fine sexy man. Wait a minute, isn’t sushi supposed to be eaten by hand or with chopsticks? Well apparently not, this is definitely unconventional.

2. Take a photograph of a toy in action.
toys in motion
Am not really an action toys kind of person but when you have brothers and so many male cousins., your house and basement is full of toys like this! ugh! You should see how happy they were when I took a picture of their toys. Boys! smh!

3. Take a photo of an object that represents how old you feel.
Representation of how old I feel
I feel old enough to call myself legal. My favorite wine is moscato d’asti and what better way to represent how I feel than proudly display a bottle reserved in my fridge for Friday night. The original bottle is blue but I uploaded it onto picasa and added tint to it. Whats the point of a daily create without experimenting. Looking forward to Friday night!

4. Take a photo of a bird
Meet Daphne.

5.Take a photo of someone else’s artwork in an interesting way to make it yours
Ghanaian Art work-Gye Nyame
Every opportunity is one to showcase art work by my lovely country Ghana. Above is an art work in the form of wood carved in a symbol that means” Gye Nyame” or o”nly God” in a Ghanaian language called Twi. This symbol can be found on the Ghanaian currency, in some federal buildings, etc. How did I make it mine? I edited it in picasa, added the boost and sepia effect, added the shadow effect to it, hence the two images. I then framed it to look more polished.

6.Take a photo of your most prized possession.
My silver pendant
My most priced possession is my silver bracelet given to me by mum on X’mas day. She wants me to keep it and someday pass it on to my kids when they are older. I cherish it so much because of the sentiments attached to it. Love you mummy.

7.Take a photo that represents your current job,or a job that you once had.
All things communicative.
Since my freshman year, I have been working at the UMW Speaking Center as a consultant. I like to think of my job as one that deals with all things communicative. Specifically, I am trained to help students develop good public speaking skills. I help with presentations, power point organization, public speaking anxieties and the like. I love my job and although the school doesn’t pay much, the satisfaction of having people walk up to me on campus and say “thank you Abbie for helping me with my presentation, I made and A” is enough pay for me.
