The process of setting up my blog for DS106 was a slightly confusing.  First off I used namecheap.com to purchase my domain name which led to some problems following the tutorial as it was modeled on Hover’s format.  However, I was able to find another set of instructions that allowed me establish a link between tipEt.us and ironcladcodding.com.  There was a lot of steps to tackle but going through them slowly I eventually was able to finalize my site.  As to what is going on technically with this whole process I am not too sure…If I was to take a guess it would be my site is working in synch with wordpress to allow for blogging ability. In the end I feel pretty proud of myself for being able to set this all up without failing disastrously and am looking forward to posting more!
