Whew! I can’t even begin to describe how frustrating this whole setup process has been. Despite being experienced with web development and the like this whole thing took far to long to finally get working. Initially the domain would not resolve; after a significant amount of explicatives and troubleshooting the site would only render if I typed in the IP address directly to the URL bar. The only reason I am capable of writing this first post was through Jim Groom’s assistance via twitter and starting from scratch no less than 4 times. So, thank you Jim for the help!
