“A beautiful mess”

A beautiful mess basically describes this little project right here.  I work construction in the summer time, and we’re constantly destroying things to put new and better things it their place.

On this day in the picture above we had to rip through a 14” thick cinderblock wall that was filled with cement to install a beautiful Anderson window.  This demo job took us a better part of half of the day, and you can see all the rubble below that goes about 2 feet deep.

When we were finished installing the window the home owner loved it.  A funny reminder of how often times you must destroy to rebuild.
