I am in the lab writing lyrics like a madman! I don’t want to give too much away as far as lyrics go so I will release what I think will be my hook before the third verse. This is the hook:

It’s 10 am, gotta check the daily create,

Stars due sunday night, please don’t be late

It’s just a short hook but I wanted to throw one in to add a little more to the song. Also, Eminem always has a hook so I tried to be like him!

The hardest thing is working on the beat. I’m just not sure how to get the exact sound that I want in the beat. The loops in garage band aren’t that good so I am working on using the internet to find good loops. I need a good bass drum loop and snare drum. A rap song doesn’t even really need that much in the background. I’m looking for a basic “boom boom click, boom boom click” beat that will allow me to rap over it easily.
