Of Wikispaces and E-Ports

This past week I have been working on both my last learning module as well as my E-Portfolio. In the class, I felt that there was little by way of direction on how to build an E-Portfolio, or what one was. I think E-Ports have been a buzz word in K12, but I don’t think it has fully translated over into the realm of higher education. So after a little time looking at some resources from Helen Barrett, I finally decided that I would use Wikispaces to build my E-Portfolio.

The process was actually really easy after I figured out how Wikispaces works, and when I was finished, I was amazed at how good I felt about my site. It was easy for me to port over a bunch of documents that I had such as my publications and my resume, and within a couple of hours I was done with the page.

So here it is. Take a look at it and let me know if you have any thoughts for feedback. I would like to put some more pictures and media into it to make it a little bit more visually appealing.
