I’ve been following the news about Jim Groom’s open Digital Storytelling course (DS106) with interest lately, and as part of week 1′s assignment wanted to offer up the following clip, recorded in SecondLife on the Island of Svarga.

I must admit I don’t know how much attention I’ll manage to pay to the course, and yet the sheer magnitude of the caliber of people this course is drawing is so monumental that I’m drawn to it like planetary body to a black hole. Not that I’m suggesting that Jim Groom at the helm will see us all squashed into a singularity of course – though we might end up in another dimension.
