My mind is blown by how little I know about the internal workings of the internet. However, instead of being overwhelmed and turning off my computer I am curious about what else I don’t know.  I understand where Mr. Campbell is coming from when he speaks about his frustration. In sixth grade my middle school provided us with personal laptops to use at school and home.  Although the idea and intentions of the county school board where in the right place, the execution was poor. The teachers and administration received their training at same time as the students. The students ran circles around the administrations attempts to keep them on school approved websites.  One student was even able to hack into the system that ran the timed bells and would set them off in the middle of class. I think technology is needed in class but only when it is in the hands of those who know how to use it.  With great power comes great responsibility.
