This is an example of the new visual assignment (Car Lust) that I posted on the ds106 site. This is a 1973-1974 MG Midget. The car is absolutely amazing. When I look at this car, I feel like an old Englishman, driving through the countryside, smiling and laughing as I get a kick out of my little car. I can feel the wind on my face, and the rumble of the suspension under “me arse”. Of course, like so many of the MG pics I have on my HDD, I can’t recall where I got it, but I want to give credit to whoever posted this pic, and to whoever took the time and spent the money to restore this car so beautifully.
