The daily create today was to make a video explaining where your name came from.  My name is Chelsea, it is Old English, and I think it means landing port or safe harbor (via this website, and others I have read in the past).  I’m pretty sure my parents picked it because they needed a name, and they couldn’t pick one out that they both liked for a long time.  (I’ve asked my parents before and my mom said “because we liked it.”)  I think I have probably met over 30 other Chelsea’s in my life, making me believe that it has to be one of the more popular late ’80s early 90′s names.
