Here it is folks, weekly summary number 10!
My video editing tools are somewhat lacking, but I’ll make the best of them. I have MPEG streamclip, which I really like but sometimes don’t know how to use. I also have windows movie maker which SUCKS so I am considering an adobe investment. I do have some (and by some I mean almost no) experience with adobe premiere but I know it’s in the digital media lab and I should use it! I’m still looking in to the web based tools. For audio purposes-I love audacity and I am quite familiar and happy with that. (can we just do more audio assignments PUHLEASE haha, never in one million years did I think I would say that).
My POSTS:
Dexter Behind the Scenes/genre
I am really not feeling this whole video thing. I love to analyze video, don’t get me wrong. I can remember in high school being so fascinated with film (Citizen Kane and Big Fish to name two). There’s so much you can do with it. I just don’t know if I can do that much with it. I feel like a beached whale, struggling. I’m counting on magic to get me through this section. Ok, and it’s really not that bad but this is the point in the semester where I start to get really stressed from ALL classes, so I decided to let ds106 in on the fun.
DAILY CREATES:
doesn’t really work for forced perspective but it was the best I could manage. He’s part of a mobile that my mom keeps hanging year round, possibly to keep us in the christmas spirit.
DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME. WOOT!
Yeah, definitely need to clean that oven. Not sure what I made that has it looking so dirty. But anyway, I’ll let you wonder if that’s AM or PM. I will tell you when you’re used to waking up at 6 every morning, your body sometimes forgets about the magic of daylight savings time.
