ok, moving on to the actual assignments:

How I Understand Remix-This helped me realize that everything, really is a remix. EVERYTHING.

Assignments:

One.  4 stars. I don’t know how I feel about remixes still by the time I was doing this assignment.

Two.   4 stars. Getting much more comfortable with the concept. Plus, songs from Pete’s Dragon and Hunger Games.

Recycled! Yeah, please don’t listen if you don’t like bad words. OR if you’re young and your mom still says earmuffs to you when discussing bad things.

The remix assignments were kind of tough. I was having copyright probs all over the place. This week made me realize, copyrights are kind of useless. Like I kind of hate them. Remixes are just exercises of creativity. I’m not profiting off my creations so why should copyright matter. I bought the songs I used anyway. Once I bought them are they mine to use as I please?! I do, I really appreciate copyright. But I’m more a free love chick when it comes down to it. Just do what you want man! I so appreciate all the remixes that I have realized are around me. Also, the call me maybe star wars made me think of this:
