I’m inside a game, and they told me before I entered that if I made it through the night, I would move on to the next round. As I look around my surroundings, I notice a valley in the distance. Everywhere behind me is a sea of mountains, and it seems like a storm is headed my way. I quickly move towards the valley and, after several minutes, begin to hear calm, peaceful music. It’s funny if I hadn’t remembered I was in a game, I would swear I was going crazy. I check my inventory…

What?! I have a ton of stuff in here, an ax, shovel, some apples, and even a bunch of blocks. As I head towards my destination, I think of the perils the other people must be getting themselves into. I wonder if they are having an easier time? I must focus, I begin to think. I’m not going to make it very far if I let my mind wander like this. Ok, this spot here looks good.

I fumble around and find a pickaxe. Whoa, thank goodness I had that. I begin to dig, they won’t get me down here, I think! I hope, man, there goes my mind wandering again! FOCUS!!! Ok, I think I got out of the way, and I hear the rain up there is coming down hard.

I realized I went all day without eating, so I looked in my inventory. What! I lost my food. It must have fallen in the explosion. I guess I have to go back up there, and I’m not going to survive for long without food, especially down here in this dark mine.

After a few minutes, I gather enough bravery and begrudgingly make my way back up, hoping all the zombies and their other friends have found someone else to torture.
Wow, I did not expect that. There is a house up here, but who built it?
