Go to the highest place you can find and take a picture of people being small
I took this photo overlooking route 1 from the Eagle Landing balcony. I have always been a major fan of tilt-shift photography, and I thought it would be a perfect opportunity to try my hand at it! It took me a lot longer than I thought it would (about an hour), not because it was difficult, but because I was unsatisfied with the results!
My process was as follows: I imported the photo into Photoshop and then sharped the image, and then I increased the brightness and contrast. Then I applied a gradient mask to the region I wanted in focus, then I applied the lens blur effect to the selected region.
