Tim O’Reilly’s “What is Web 2.0?”  was very detailed in exactly what the online world has come to. It explains that because of the websites that has been coming out into the world “ higher education largely failed to empower the strong and effective imaginations that students need for creative citizenship in this new medium.” . This what Tim O’Reilly explains in this passage is the truth. Though latter on he goes and explains that Web 2.0 is what is trying to bring back the creativity and imagination of students or it could be anyone. This is the creation of this class as well , building our own domain and getting a chance to be creative ,  as it also states in the passage that someone must guide us in the class to show us what we are capable of doing.
