The big question is what exactly is Web 2.0. It is an upgrade. It moves away from software to services. Its a combination of users are developers/authors and the more the services are used the better they get. Examples of Web 2.0 are Goggle, Wikipedia, Flickr, etc. Blogging is another great aspect of this phenomenon, it allows us to create an identity, be storytellers and inventors. Web 2.0 reaches more than just a computer. It spans to handheld devices (iPhones!!! <3). The Web 2.0 services expand not by advertising themselves, but rather by word of mouth from the individuals who use the services and love them. Trust! – Trust the developers to provide correct information. Hyperlinks make the Web 2.0 user friendly. Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Blogs – make it your own! Web 2.0 overall is about the users, making it user friendly, user accessible, user as co-developer! Can only imagine what Web 3.0 will be like.
