Gardner Campbell describes Digital facelift is the newspapers trying to do what they do but they put it on the web. It would be what they had before but they would add some hyper links. It also asks if the digital facelift can stand up to what we belive in when it comes to the means of input increase and the school’s dropout situation that tends to get worse due to the frustration of students. He shows examples of what people may think a digital facelift is by showing people that are actually getting their face strechted. Instead of using digital facelift he comes up with 3 recursive practices narrating, curating and sharing. people wouldnt want a bag of gold because it would be another currency to master. He also describes students using webhosts and pages such as bluehost.
