Daily Create #2

The daily create for this week was a picture of a cool tattoo which i was especially psyched about.  I love tattoo’s, i feel like majority of people either like them or are beginning to, and i really think tattoo’s are becoming more socially acceptable.

For this daily create i took a picture of my first tattoo (The best tattoo ever conceived).  Im a very religious person, so for my first tattoo i got a portrait of Jesus Christ, and the crosses to the sides of him in the background represent the two thieves that Jesus was Crucified next to.  Now, i don’t want to get all theological here, but its important that you know that one of the thieves told Jesus that if he truly was the Son Of God to save himself and them as well, while the other thief said that Jesus had commited no crime, and that they deserved their punishment for all their wrong doings.  The thief then looked at Jesus and said, “Remember me when you come into your kingdom.”  To which Jesus promised the man that he would be in paradise with Jesus that very same day.

I wanted to create a 100% original tattoo that embodied this story, i have Jesus and the two thieves, and along the arc of my shoulder reads, “Remember me when you come into your kingdom.”  I love this story, and i love the hope and promise it represents, and it shows that even a bad man, who truly expresses sorrow, can get into Heaven.

(This tattoo is a copyrighted and patented creation of the MikeOliveri corporation, and if anyone take it or this idea  …i will be very upset)
