1. Album Cover – this assignment was the first one where I used GIMP; still working out the kinks with the program. Pretty happy with how it turned out, though as someone pointed out album covers are usually square, not rectangular…oh well. This assignment was worth two stars.

2. Splash The Color – I really enjoyed this one, this is one of my favorite pictures I’ve taken. The color splashing makes it even prettier in my opinion. This assignment was worth two stars.

3. Fat Cats Make Art Better – cats and art put together, what could be better?? My second foray into GIMP, in which I wrestled with for another few hours to create this picture. This assignment was worth two stars.

4. Troll Quotes – another really fun one! Pretty proud of this one, I hope that all those sad people who have seen neither Star Trek nor Lord of the Rings are totally confused. This assignment was worth two stars.

5. Find Yourself – my last visual assignment! I had a good time wandering around my house searching for letters for my name, since I don’t know of any place called Christie. This assignment was worth two stars.

Whew! Ten stars total. Thought I was actually over the count but turns out I did the perfect number. A fun and busy week!
