I Love the design assignments!!! I found the assignments fun and creative! As a future educator I want to not only give assignments such as essays and book reports, but also creative things like these design assignments! I think its important to give students the chance to be creative and show their personalities through their work!!!

(**2 stars) The first assignment I did was “Minimalize Your Philosophy” This was challenging for me because I truly have so many sayings/motto’s that I live by.  I live with my heart open, but also a level head.  I also live each day like it’s today(everyday is important to me). Family is the absolute most important part of my life.  I live with complete   trust and faith in those I love; I feel you can see that within the relationship i’m in with my boyfriend of three years.  As you can see, it was hard for me to choose just one.  The main philosophy that I think has really brought me to the point that I am at in my life is: to respect myself.

(**2 stars) The next assignment was to design the cover of my autobiography! My sister took this picture of me when I was 17 behind my house; it is one of my favorite memories! I picked this picture because of the memory, and also because I think it shows the kind of person that I am.  The title, I came up with because at age 17 I think that I really matured and grew up (its almost where my life began).

(**2 stars) Ionic You!!! The symbol that I designed to represent myself has many sides, representing the different sides of my personality! The color yellow; is my favorite color! Then putting my initials in the symbol is my own stamp on the symbol!

(**2 stars) The Valentines day card assignment is AWESOME! So much fun! The card that I created is for my girlfriends.. we always joke about how Valentines day is a day of receiving lots of treats (CHOCOLATE).
